Casino Hotel & Resort Consultants, LLC, founded in 1989, analyzes business demand, current productivity levels, queuing, work flow, customer satisfaction, and, working with your organization, determines standards of performance and key customer satisfaction levels in order to achieve optimal staffing and utilization of your facility.

Our team of staffing and operational specialists analyze each step of the service delivery process. Working with your line managers and supervisors, we develop proper workload levels, standards of performance, and determine the optimal utilization of each business unit.

Analyses are performed during all demand periods, freeing the organization's business managers to continue operating their business during the evaluation period.
